What are your shipping policies?
Provided there is no resizing or engraving to be applied to your item, we aim to send your purchase within 48 hours. We use Royal Mail’s Next Day Special Delivery and DPD Express Next Day which requires a signature on receipt and is fully insured to the value of the parcel.
Why doesn’t my jewelry look brand new?
Our Antique and Vintage jewelry is exactly that, and will not always look “brand new” on arrival. We feel that by keeping them in original condition, you achieve the most satisfaction. Some Antique and Vintage style pieces will have a special finish applied to them to give them the same overall effect. Please take extra care when handling and cleaning any of these particular pieces.
What condition are your items in?
The age and condition of the item you choose will differ depending what type of jewelry it is. As we sell Antique, Vintage and Modern jewelry, some of the jewelry will require a little extra consideration than other pieces. Each piece will be hand examined before it is offered for sale, by one of our expert in-house jewelry consultants. The item must be of excellent repair before it can be entered for sale on our site.
